In 2015, YouTube launched a separate app called YouTube Kids, which is a children-friendly version of YouTube. Children can watch videos that are appropriate for their age on the app, and parents can use the app to set up a playlist where it will show videos that are appropriate for their kids.

Web-interface

YouTube Kids allows kids to watch videos that are appropriate for their age, and parents can set up a playlist of videos that are appropriate for their kids. There are multiple ways to navigate the app- you can either scroll through the app and watch videos, or you can search for the title of the video that you want. The app is broken up into sections, like "Movies and Shows" and "Music". You can also search for a YouTube video through the app, and it will be played through the app.
