All your expectations have finally become a reality because Activision is using its entire marketing budget for the new ice sculpture. Modern Warfare 2 was released by Infinity Ward and Activision last month. However, this is not a remake of the classic version of the 2009 Modern Warfare 2 but it is a continuation of the Modern Warfare reboot that was released in 2019.
Although there are still a few months left before the release of the game, a great marketing campaign is already actively attracting the audience. And you can be sure that this advertising campaign will surely be a successful one.
Activision put their entire marketing budget into the ice game logo. The promo video on Instagram, titled "Stay frosty," features an amazing logo made from expertly stacked blocks of ice that are gradually shaped with saws, knives, and an eye-catching chainsaw. When the sculpture is completed, the MW 2 logo is visible, after which it falls and smashes to smithereens. The famous Okamoto Studio was involved in the development of the sculpture.
The official release of the game along with the trailer is expected to take place in July. Based on previous releases, you should not expect alpha and beta releases early. Don’t expect them to be released during the next few months. Most likely they should be released not in a couple of weeks, but closer to the middle of autumn.
