Christmas is near, and it is just the right time to update your shopping cart with the most popular game titles. Users are excited to get something hot and new under the Christmas tree (or receive it from Santa Claus). The charts did not change that much since the last week, as FIFA 22 leads our list, then follows Call of Duty: Vanguard and the third-place rightfully holds Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Maybe it is not as challenging and intriguing a battle for the UK Sales Charts right now, but there are still some interesting changes at the end of the rating.

You probably won’t be surprised to see Among Us in the fifth place, as the game manages to stay relevant since its first launch. Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – Definitive Edition got the sixth position, and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales climbed from the ninth place to the fourth this week. Minecraft (Switch) holds seventh place as the game still stays fans’ favorite all around the world. Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart almost got into the top 10 but didn’t have enough numbers to beat Animal Crossing: New Horizons in the tenth place.

If talking about platforms, Among Us got 41% sales of its boxed copies for PlayStation 4 and PS5 versions. The same goes for GTA: The Trilogy, as 67% of the game’s sales were made for PlayStation platforms in the UK. Nintendo Switch was closing in with Among Us purchases reaching 39% of its physical sales on this device.

It is still a tough battle for the UK Sales Charts, and many unexpected changes can appear right before the holidays. We will keep an eye out for any updates and await the final results; maybe a new competitor will enter the race in the following week, as happened with Spider-Man.

How do you think the UK Charts will change? What game do you think will get the first place in the end? Share your ideas in the comments below.
