Four years of anxious waiting for fans after the tempting announcement of Diablo Immortal have finally come to fruition. Blizzard has released Diablo Immortal for PC, Android, and iOS. Already on the very first day, users who decided to try out the game on Samsung smartphones began to complain about experiencing troubles with the game. The problems are so severe that some Exynos chipsets won't even launch the game. Another common problem is the incorrect loading of textures.
This bug was so publicized that a Blizzard spokesperson made a statement on the popular Reddit forum. He wrote that the company immediately began to study the problem and it is actively investigating the problem in order to fix it as soon as possible. At this stage, Blizzard considers the possibility of disabling the ability to install this application for devices that have problems with Diablo Immortal until a fix is available. The company also apologized for any inconvenience caused.
It is worth noting that the problem affects not only older models of Samsung phones, such as the A51 5G, Note 10, and Galaxy S10 but also new models such as the Galaxy S22. However, if you own one of these smartphones, but you have the Qualcomm-equipped version, then you will not be affected by the problems mentioned above. To find out which chipset you have, just go to the settings in the “About Phone” section.
