Numerous reports from Android users claim that WhatsApp beta version does not work properly. No matter how many bugs were fixed, it continues to randomly collapse. It shuts down while users are exchanging media files or while entering the app.
The beta version of the app for Android was recently released with fixed bugs. Yet, the new version collapses while users try to enter it. The audience believes that the main reason for the appearance of the new problem was the big fixture. The error occurs in two cases: when users try to open the app and when they send each other media files. Developers did not make any comments on the reasons for the crash. Instead, they promise to fix everything and suggest a possible way to come back to the older WhatsApp version.
Famous WhatsApp analytic WABetaInfo was the first one to report the problem. Beta testers who signed up for WhatsApp beta Android version 2.22.4.6, as well as 2.22.4.7, struggled with the error. The app was shutting down before they could use any services.
The later report from WABetaInfo revealed that WhatsApp developers sent the fix for the problem. The new update came together with the WhatsApp version 2.22.4.8 for Android. While the problem was removed, many users were wondering about the reason for the problem.
The report also recommends users of the beta version back up the data and save it to the cloud storage or Google Drive before making any updates. If the app is going to crash, you will save all your previous data and will not have to restore everything from numerous sources. You will not lose the data that may be valuable for you. If you want to continue to use the app if it crashes, you can go back to the older version.
